4. Bonuses & Promotions

7. Account Closure

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification checks.

Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of voluntary account closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are the result of completed wagering requirements will be returned in full.
